Michael holds the esteemed positions of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Regent Partners, a company he co-founded, previously known as CTK Investment. In this multifaceted role, he oversees crucial functions, including marketing, fundraising, operations, and deal sourcing, playing a pivotal role in the company's success.

Before his journey with Regent Partners, Michael served as the Director of Operations at BRV Capital Management Co., where he was entrusted as a key representative for SenCoretech, a portfolio company. His responsibilities involved overseeing the investment process and contributing to the company's global expansion efforts. This experience provided Michael with invaluable insights into managing investments and strategic expansions.

As one of the founding members of the Korea Bond Desk at BGC Capital Market & Foreign Exchange Broker, Michael gained extensive experience in the FICC (Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodities) market. He was actively involved in Over the Counter (OTC) brokerage, facilitating transactions in Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) and Cross Currency Swaps (CRS) among various financial institutions. This exposure honed his expertise in financial instruments and bolstered his understanding of the financial landscape.

Additionally, Michael excelled as a Senior Manager in the Foreign Investment Team at Gale International Korea LLC. Here, he played a crucial role in overseeing investment inducement and corporate relocation projects. Gale International's notable achievement was the development of the Songdo International Business District (IBD), a key district within the Songdo International City, which stands as one of the largest private real estate development projects in a sprawling 1,500-acre site, amounting to a staggering cost of over USD $35 billion.

Michael's pursuit of knowledge and academic excellence led him to achieve a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, graduating in June 2002. This prestigious educational background equipped him with the analytical and critical thinking skills required for his successful career in finance and investment. Before his university education, Michael laid a strong educational foundation by completing his high school studies at Westminster School in Simsbury, CT, graduating in June 1998.
