Terry is an accomplished CIO and founding partner at Regent Partners. He plays a crucial role in overseeing the investment division and excels in crafting optimal fund management strategies spanning diverse industries such as semiconductors, ICT, media, consumer goods, and healthcare.
Before joining Regent Partners, Terry showcased his expertise as a KICPA, providing auditing and financial advisory services at Samjeong KPMG. He then ventured into venture capital, taking on the role of a venture capitalist at Blue Corner (formerly Seoul Technology Investment).
To enhance his investment skills further, Terry joined to the various start-ups, taking on essential roles that enriched his business acumen and insights. As a Strategic Planning Manager and CFO, he formulated the company's mid- to long-term strategies, oversaw investments in related businesses, effectively managed financial matters, established financial strategies, and attracted external investments.
Terry's extensive experience in venture capital and diverse industry networks make him a valuable asset, capable of directly adding value to portfolio companies during and after investment.
His academic background includes a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Kyung Hee University's School of Business, and he holds a certified public accountant license in Korea, reflecting his dedication to excellence and ability to make informed investment decisions for the success of Regent Partners and its portfolio companies.
